Operations Manager

MISSION Corp., dba Mission Outdoor (“MISSION”), is looking for a passionate individual to join its growing team. At MISSION, we’re making outdoor fun easier than ever. We’re seeking a skilled professional to manage our daily business operations. As an operations manager at MISSION, you’ll be responsible for the teams and processes within the organization that are responsible for conducting business. You’ll also be directly involved in making sure our fulfillment operation is functioning smoothly and hitting goals, refining processes when/where needed to increase productivity and work quality. You can expect a collaborative working environment in a fast-growing business.

You are someone who intuitively understands how to motivate and support teammates. You identify issues early, ask the right questions when problems arise, and solve problems quickly. You find yourself asking questions like: why are we doing it this way, why is that still there, would establishing a process for this help us, how can we make this happen? You know how to effectively interface with different work personalities – from creative designers to engineers, to customer relations and administrative professionals, to internal leadership – and each type respects you for your innate ability to understand their roles and what they need to be successful. You are a team player first and foremost and someone who quickly identifies solutions to keep things moving, aka., you know when it’s time to roll up your sleeves and help in lieu of just drafting status reports for the next meeting.

At MISSION, we see the group first. The decisions we make—like this one—start with the impact they’ll have on our people and culture. To make the cut, you’ll naturally share certain values with us like patience and mutual respect for others in the organization, regardless of role. The right fit will also have a genuine love of the outdoors like we do. Possessing these non-negotiables means that, like us, you’re enthusiastic and passionate about your teammates, your work, and the brand you represent each day.
